ATM I control all the necessary cities, except MOSCOW which is not yet at War. Now, if I could take Moscow (without losing any of the others) would the game end right there, even though the UK, USA, for example might still be in the game? Terif Posted January 15, 2008 Share Posted January 15, 2008 Minor victory is only possible at the end of the game (1947): then the victory conditions will be checked and determined who won the game (=minor victory) or if it is a draw.
