Paton Returns Posted May 25, 2001 Share Posted May 25, 2001 ok Guys I NEED help how come when ever i load a senerio with britsh tanks { CHurchills etc } combat mission freezes or quits? ive downloaded the patch but it still does it , if you guys need to know the deatails im useing the mac version and ive got 128 ram wich may be the problem recetly my computer has being going quite slow so i think i'll be upgrading to 250 tell me what you think! oh and hows the wife? Berlichtingen Posted May 25, 2001 Share Posted May 25, 2001 Just with British tanks? My initial guess is that you are using a mod for the British tanks that has become corrupted. Reinstall CM. As for the machine running slow... Rebuild your desktop Command+Option while you are starting up (wait for the dialog that will pop up) Zap your PRAM... command+option+p+r when you start up (if you do it right, the machine will start to boot and then restart... hold until it does this 3 times) Get a copy of a utility called Disk Warrior... it will rebuild all of your directories (they become damaged over time, and Norton's can actually make the damage worse) Hope that helps Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
