Abbott
I found an interesting link on the GIC board, anyone have any information on this? In 1979, the British Ministery of Defense made the film Goodwood so that this important battle, and the personnal experiences of those who took part in it, would be preserved for posterity. It became a fasinating film: original photographic material from both sides was accompanied by commentaries from the veterans, and the point of the battle and its outcome were explained by historians. Since then, the Goodwood film has been sold to almost every European general-staff colleges and tank divisions as training material for young officers and NCO's. Michael Emrys
You might try contacting the MoD itself. I'm sure they have a public affairs office. Michael
