André Posted January 26, 2002 Share Posted January 26, 2002 Loaded up the new 27.10 drivers and the transpancy issue is gone. Everything looks good except for the blurred text on locations ingame. I have uninstalled the old drivers before installing the new ones. But I have WinXP and dont know if its possible to set the graphics card to Standard PCI. It only recognize the Geforce 2 card. Is there a way to force the Standard PCI and then removing the old driver completely in XP? I think this is where my problem lies. There might be some old leftovers of the old drivers. Blackhorse Posted January 26, 2002 Share Posted January 26, 2002 If you are using Deanco's gunmetal interface mod, then that is what is causing the degradation. That exists with the color font he uses for the interface (which corresponds to the font used for location names). The fix is to either revert to the normal interface, or to tweak the font.
