Tigrii Posted November 21, 2002 Share Posted November 21, 2002 In an infantry attack QB, which are more cost effective? Light units can keep with infantry and cost less but have much less firepower. In the opinion of anyone reading this, which is better, a swarm of light, quick, cheap units or a few heavy, slow, expensive units. Or is a mix better? Guest Mike Posted November 21, 2002 Share Posted November 21, 2002 You get LMGs in the infantry squads - don't bother with any others unless you have spare points! MMG's/HMG's also serve a completely different role - that of distant fire support. The aren't supposed to advance with teh infantry - they ar esupposed to set up in positions to give covering fire and then stay there delivering tht fire.
