Super Ted Quincey has stepped down as Team Captain due to other responsibilities. He will be greatly missed. He has done a fine job for these months. He, along with Kinch Kinscherf, really got things moving. Scott Boston is our new Team Captain for the Raider CM Team. He has some great ideas for new scenarios, reports, articles and other goodies both on the West Front and the East Front as time nears. He will mention the team members and the special function some of them are executing within the team framework. Though I deeply regret losing Ted, I'm thrilled to have Scott do his thing. Scott B Posted August 16, 2002 Share Posted August 16, 2002 I can say without a doubt that the team is in fantastic shape due in no small way to the hard work that Ted and many of the other team members put into it over the past several months. We're in good shape, and the team has a lot of big plans for the future. There will be more Rumblings of War tournaments, held with Boots and Tracks exclusive scenarios, in the future. There will be articles and AARs. There will even be a few surprises, and most of all, there will be new battles and operations, for both CMBO and CMBB, in significant numbers. Team members have stepped up to take on additional duties, as well. Jeff 'jwxspoon' Weatherspoon will be helping with articles and AARs; Wyatt "wwb" Barnett is coordinating Boots and Tracks CMBB scenario playtesting; Sergio "Kingfish" Castillo will be working the tournament angle; and Kevin "Kinsch" Kinscherf and I will be reworking a few things on the webpage over the next few weeks, in preparation for the release of CMBB. So I'm very happy with how things are going; it's an exciting time to be involved with Combat Mission, and to be a part of such an awesome community. Stay tuned... Regards, Scott B.
