Paul 87 LX Posted November 19, 2002 Share Posted November 19, 2002 Hey I played one of the scenarios. Can't remember then name is the one you have to defend a bridge against soviet attack. My 3 88's got taken out by russian tanks as well as my tanks. All i hot left was a couple of 105's I got 2 105 firing at the back of a KV1 for about 2 turns at distance of 78m. No damage while he promptly traversed its turrent and blew them away. What gives. I know these arent AT guns but at 78m firing at the back of the tank. WWB Posted November 19, 2002 Share Posted November 19, 2002 They got a lot deadlier to tanks when they got shaped charge ammo (HC in CM terms) in 1942. They are just chucking HE at the monsters hoping to get gun damage or an immobilization. The battle is Katukov Strikes Back if you were wondering.
