smythe11 Posted June 29, 2002 Share Posted June 29, 2002 Just finished "All or Nothing." What an absolutely super piece of work. I'm ready to start it again - on the same side (Germans)! Only one glitch I noticed: Re: the primary bridge. During the (German)setup I thought, ah hah, why don't I put my flamethrower behind one of the bridge's large stone support pillars. That way he can hide and then zap at point blank range whoever comes down the road that passes under the bridge. No joy. As far as LOS is concerned, he might as well be standing on top of the bridge. Other things -trees, buildings, etc. block LOS, why not these pillars? or am I (newbie) missing something? P.S. CMBO is far and away the best WWII combat simulator I've ever seen; nothing else even comes close. Also, while I'm passing around thanks - a big one to the webmaster for SPEED of access to the homepage, forums, etc.; a search engine that works everytime; and an all around great layout.
