I had it, but have lost it :mad: IIRC info and links for it were posted to one of these forums about a month to six weeks ago, but the blimmin' search ... well, it doesn't search :confused: So, if someone could post me a copy (email in my profile), or point me in the right direction I would be most appreciative.
