Open the file and then go to FILE PROPERTIES and there is a convert option in there. This is on the version that ships with XP but I believe there's been something similar with other versions. It's unwieldly so if you have a lot to do you will want to look someplace else. Cool Edit has a 30 day trial, but I think it's crippled in other ways.
