Apache Posted February 28, 2003 Share Posted February 28, 2003 I keep visiting this site: http://w1.211.telia.com/~u21117402/biltong/ and when I attempt any of the 'rule' downloads I constantly get an error message saying that there is 'no download counter associated with this file'. I've tried clearing temp net files; turning off virus protection; setting security level to low and just about everything else.
