Along with this error: Application popup: cli.exe - Common Language Runtime Debugging Services : Application has generated an exception that could not be handled. Process id=0xdc0 (3520), Thread id=0x258 (600). Click OK to terminate the application. Click CANCEL to debug the application. Found this on an ATI website: its the ati cats, you need to have .net framework installed from window update in order to use the catalyst control center install it, and reinstall the drivers shoudl fix the problem Spelling errors are theirs.
