chertio
An entirely unsolicited plug for the CMBB campaign game "Operation Stoerfang". The operations are beautifully designed and really worth playing. One Lev Tolstoi fought there against the British and French 150 years ago. A kto vy? Stalin's Organ
OK - I went to the page - I clicked on the "download operation" link - and I got a nice map of the environs at Sevastopol. What do I win??
chertio
Click the "A1" tile on the map and download the .zip file with the operation file in it. What you win (if you win) is the access code that opens the next .zip file, which gives you the operation file for A2 or B1. And having gained the objective in those operations.. I posted this because I've played a lot of CMBB operations, and think that the Stoerfang ops are the best I've seen, I have really enjoyed playing them. Put them together and you have a very ambitious idea. Write to the designer...
JaegerMeister
If you thought the (so far) available Op battles are good, you wait till you get your hands on the Kuibeshevo battle part of Storfang that i and a few others have been priviliged to test....awesome, is a word that readily springs to mind !...the graphics and topography of the terrain are stunning and the challenge of the battle itself is inspiring. Kudos indeed.
eichenbaum
Hi Chertio, It's nice to see you're having fun with the 'old' OSF. Like JaegerMeister said; wait until you see the baby that we're working on. A1, B1 and A2 show only 10% of how it will be soon. I am as anxious to get it done soon as you're hoping for a quick release. Nils
