I think that I heard somewhere that Russian Regs are the same experience level as German Greens, Russian Vets are German Regs, etc. Is this correct? Or was it Italian troops in CMAK? I like it that way. Man by man it's a myth to think that one army has "superior men, stronger, faster, smarter, braver" etc. All a bunch of hooey as we know. The Soviet Army in 1941 suffered from a miserable chain of command, hence the command delays. The soldiers weren't so bad.
