Problem is when I activate Italy (for example) and remove one army and place two coprses I am not able to de-activate Italy any more and when I then start this modified game in 1939 Italy is already at war.... pzgndr Posted March 14, 2003 Share Posted March 14, 2003 Unfortunately we can not edit units of inactive countries in the current game. We can edit things like research tech levels, starting research chits, initial join percentages, and at-start MPPs for Italy, USSR and US as inactive neutrals.
