BlueMax 1939 Posted September 4, 2002 Share Posted September 4, 2002 prob a stupid question, but i was wondering what ideas anyone had about the variables that go into the amount of 'plunder' that is taken from countries when they are conquered. does it have to do with the amount of resources that are available in that country (ie, more resources in norway means more plunder than in say, the low countries, etc.). or is this number just randomized...thanx Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
