SeaMonkey
As a veteran, I know I should know this, but having been at work all my life and not having SC loaded on my work PC the question came up as I was playing "Hotseat" Fall Blau and later campaigns. Well fellow SC brethren does it happen in the later campaigns? Can the Axis trigger the Siberian transfer after summer 1942 in the later campaigns? See this is what happens when you devote your SC life to campaigns that start only in 1939.
JerseyJohn
SeaMonkey, same problem here, I only play 1939 Campaigns but ... As it should represent the one time event that occurred as the Germans approached Moscow during the winter of 1941-42, I can't see how it could be activated during 1942-43-and 44. Probably looking at the campaign in the scenario editor would show "Siberian Transfer Activated," or whatever the wording is, meaning it's already happened. To be on the safe side you can always check "War in Asia" before starting. [ December 10, 2003, 01:30 PM: Message edited by: JerseyJohn ]
Terif
Hi SeaMonkey, Jersey John is right, you can see it for each scenario in the editor if the siberians are already transfered. In Fall Blau (1942) and the (original) campaigns after this date they are transfered and cant be triggered again.
SeaMonkey
Thanks guys for the speedy reply. You know I never saw it in the editor, I guess that's why SC appeals to my AADD. Case closed.
