Does flanking or breakthroughs institue negative penalties to effected units> Exp. A Blitz style attack sees my armored groups fanning out behind the exploited weak point and runing behind the enemies lines. Now with Attackers in front and the rear, do the defending forces suffer any penalties or not? I sure hope so. 2.b.)If they are totally surrounded they will lose any HQ support correct?
