I have a question regarding Axis minor country units: Can they be attached to or supplied by a German or Italian HQ? I hate seeing my poor Finn & Romanian units so weak. Thanks! It really helps the Finns to have a German HQ moved to Finland! I really wouldn't mind seeing a 2- or 3-rated HQ added for Finland (Mannerheim) and Romania (Constantinescu) in SC2. And British HQs should have control over Canadian and Free French units. These would be reasonable enhancements. It still leaves the Hungarians, Bulgarians, and other minor allies without HQ control, and that's OK. The issue has come up several times and a lot of players have asked for minor HQs. B)Sat around drinking wine singing La Marseillaise! C) Sat around drinking brandy singing God Save the Queen D) Was busy planning your countries defense and would fight along with you.
