Broad Sword Posted August 14, 2003 Share Posted August 14, 2003 The SC Strategy Guide ( Page 77 - June 2003 ) indicates that the Germans get some sort of IT Research Bonus once both the USSR & USA have entered the war. I have played several games (against the AI) using various combinations of research spending and have never seen this bonus. Has anyone seen this bonus?
