I began to play with the Germans and Romania, Hungary and Bulgaria did't join me, but I conquered Yugoslavia, Greece, Portugal, France, Vichy France, Sweden, Norway and Denmark. When you conquer Spain before Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary have joined they won't join you....And by creating a modified campaign with Spain as axis from the beginning this happens ! I would actually like to keep Finland neutral as she's a bonus for Russia anyone have suggestions? She's only good really if you're on top of Stalingrad! Urko Posted March 28, 2003 Author Share Posted March 28, 2003 If you're Germans and you want Finland neutral before reach Stalingrad you can declare in war with Switerland so USA enters in war before Russia and it joins Germany whe you arrive to its frontier, but the disadvantage is USA entrance.
