elliott Posted April 10, 2004 Share Posted April 10, 2004 Hello People, long time player of SC, first time forum poster - I'm glad to see a thriving community for such a great game! I have a couple of suggestions for SC2 that would be simply implimented and would (imho) improve the gameplay over SC1: 1. Please turn on playback for hotseat games. I play with my girlfriend alot at home, and it would be nice to see what moves she made against me (as you would in a tcp/ip game) 2. Include a map editor: this game would be awesome if we could create our own arbitrary maps! (pacific theatre anyone?) 3. Include a simple chat interface for tcp/ip games... that way we wouldn't have to press the windoze key to get out to our AIM messanger, or pick up the phone, etc. I'd like to thank the developers/publishers of SC for putting out a GREAT game with simple elegance and infinite playability! (pacific theatre anyone?)That request has been made time and again for the past year and Hubert has already said he won't make another patch for SC past v1.07. He is aware there is a high demand for this so hopefully he will implement it in SC2. 3.
