Halder Posted May 5, 2003 Share Posted May 5, 2003 Why are HQ’s so hard to destroy? They are only Headquarters and communications centers for the other units, they have no effective combat status. Night Posted May 5, 2003 Share Posted May 5, 2003 If for no other real life reason, because it would really dumb and crazy if you could just take them out that fast. Shaka of Carthage Posted May 5, 2003 Share Posted May 5, 2003 Because they are more than just the HQ's and Comm centers for the other units. In some respects, they are actually a "reserve" Corp. Those combat bonuses you receive from the HQ are not so much the "leadership" effect. They are really "reserve" units being sent to the Corp/Army as an enhancement of thier combat power.
