September 1, 1940: 3 french units destroyed, only the entrenched army in Paris still alive - it counterattacks and reduces a german army to str 1. French ships make a last kamikaze attack on a german airfleet and army at the coast. September 29, 1940: France surrendered but Brest and Bordeaux occupied by UK.
