zappsweden Posted September 3, 2002 Share Posted September 3, 2002 I played an expert +0 game with all options on except for "siberian wars". In mid-40 i had conquered poland, lowlands and France. I kept building air fleets and attacked Norway and Britain in Late-40. I sent large hoards of cheap transports (corps) to take the hit when the brits counterattacked with their fleets. After the British navy and air was defeated by my superior air fleets and small navy it was just a question of time before Britain would fall. In Mid-41 Russia and USA joined the war. Russia was pounding on my relatively weak east front and USA was sending transports to Britain. Fortunately, I managed to wipe out the Brits before US support arrived! Now strange things happened... USA sent every unit back to Canada and USA and played defnsively all the way to mid-1943 were I am currently. I expect to defeat Russia in mid-1944 since no US troops are operating. The battles with Russia were very tough so i think I would have had huge problems if USA had attacked somewhere (England, France, Italy) since my troops were weak after the intense battles with the brits.
