Posted January 19, 2004 Share Posted January 19, 2004 I just played a game against the AI (Expert Setting) where it reached Tech Level 5 (the first time I have ever seen this) before DOW Russia. It appeared as if it did not reclaim any tech chits once reaching this level. Does anyone know if the AI reclaims tech chits once it reaches level 5 in any tech area?
