Questions on Supply

I have some questions on the supply system:

Will...

1) Resources be allowed to be shipped to various places, either by land or sea?

2) Air Interdiction affect supply -- e.g. Allied shipments to Murmansk, or Axis shipments to North Africa? In other words, would Malta play a historical role in the game (i.e. Rommel starves when Malta has a lot of planes, feasts when Malta gets beaten down)?

3) Air supply be allowed? And will weather affect it?

4) Supply be allowed to be stockpiled, like before an offensive or in a strongpoint?

5) Turns with heavy combat run down supplies faster than quiet turns?

6) Oil be tracked separately?

7) Turns with a lot of movement or air combat run down oil supplies faster than quiet turns?
