willgamer Posted August 3, 2002 Share Posted August 3, 2002 Whilst I appreciate the suggested "date" name for saves, I like a to reuse a file I've named "temp" for my saves. It takes way too many keystrokes however. 1. click on save 2. backspace over the always defaulted "date" name 3. type in "temp" 4. hit return 5. click on YES to confirm (won't accept return!) My preferred solution would be a quicksave (and corresponding quickload) hotkey; one click and you're done. Your consideration is appreciated.
