Waxx_IK
In Rune's A Matter Of Honor, I played axis. I saw an M10 raise its gun up to its maximum height and begin lobbing shells at a far off bunker. Needless to say, it didn't hit it, but it was neat to watch. Could that be considered indirect fire? ------------------ Waxx<<<**IK**>>> shall live on!
109 Gustav
Well, it did have LOS, so it was direct fire. However, as you noticed, CM models shell trajectories and the amount of gun elevation needed. Try watching a 75mm infantry gun or a puppchen fire at a target 400m away. Punt! Then compare it to the high velocity, flat trajectory 88. Even MG bullets are modeled this way. ------------------ Well my skiff's a twenty dollar boat, And I hope to God she stays afloat. But if somehow my skiff goes down, I'll freeze to death before I drown.
