First we have the USA Splash Screen mod by yours truly, which is still up for a few more days. Second, Fionn's "Rules" have been updated to reflect all the latest changes. Also in the PBEM section is a new guide to naming PBEM files for beginners. Third, I have removed some dead links, and added one for Tournament House (which seems to be having database troubles...) and a new Amazon affiliate link.
