Priest
I put in Nightcrawlers first (at CMHQ) and then entered all of Scipios (truly awesome) afterwards. Scipios guns and vehicle sounds have truly put the CMBO exerience over the top for me.
Fairbairn-Sykes
Also check out Scipio's "Sounds of Death" mod at Warfare HQ.. Excellent blood curdling screams for those late night TCP/IPs!
Herr Kruger
Wow, some of Scipio's sounds are great... I admit, those death screams had me smiling! Soem of the mp3s skip though at the beginning.. does that still happen after conversion to wav? I have a PIII 450 Mhz w/ 64 MB Ram and 32 MB video card.... I seem to notice a little slowness on movie files from time to time so I might have to be choosy...

YECoyote
Try the Rocket Artillery with Scipio's Sound mod. Truly magnificent organ.
pritzl
I've installed a few a Ncrawler's sound mods which were taken from real recordings of weapons like the Luger and MG 42, but aside from those, the vast majority of sound mods are, in my opinion and for a variety of reasons, less realistic than those originally provided by BTS.
