Pirulo
I've got a problem. My Hellcats won't use their capped ammo! I had a Hellcat ping 3 regular AP shots off a Panther (It was an ambush) and finally get killed by the same Panther! What's up, are these guys saving the capped rounds for a special day? (these guys never saw daylight again) I think I read somewhere that they'd tweaked this, but I fear they might have missed something... (this was in the Augen Zu scenario btw, a rather unbalanced affair, It seems to me..)The worst part of it al is I'm playing against a rather obnoxious coworker how's head inflates by the minute! 109 Gustav
Rick has it right- you need to download the 1.12 updater. Even then, tungsten rounds can't penetrate armor sloped at 55 degrees, like the panther's hull, as well as regular AT rounds. download the patch here http://www.battlefront.com/products/worldwar/cm/index.html ------------------ Well my skiff's a twenty dollar boat, And I hope to God she stays afloat. But if somehow my skiff goes down, I'll freeze to death before I drown. And pray my body will be found, Alaska salmon fishing, boys, Alaska salmon fishing. jasoncawley@ameritech.net
...unless you shoot 'em down hill. I took out a Panther with a 76 T round recently, front aspect. Because I was up on a fairly steep hill and the range was close, so the impact angle wasn't 55 degrees. Just a tactical tidbit.
Incoming
My M4a3(76)W HVSS Easy Eight Sherman just killed a Panther G (late) @ 788m. A tungsten round through the front turret, knocked out. V1.12 of course.
