Here is my request: Since there is need and a want to develop scenarios and operations historically why cannot there be a way for designers to control weather for operations? Historically weather can be a factor huge factor in a battle. Fog, Heavy snow, Rain and such, all are taken into account during a battle. Weather means you can control air cover, movement of troops, guns, and all assests. I am designing a historic operation right now that that is suppose to start in Fog, end with a drizzle? I put in mixed conditions and it is dry and clear? now why then do I not have Air Cover in the operation?
