Ralph Beaman
I have looked at and downloaded a few scenarios in my time, and i wonder, if when making your own scenarios, if you need to be acurate with your history with long bios on each scenario, or can you be wacky and silly and just have fun!
dugfromthearth
I am not quite wacky and silly, but I am not historically accurate. I just create a scenario for a tactical situation I think would be interesting: assaulting a fortification, infantry in woods, tanks in hills, etc. sites you can upload scenarios to usually have you mark whether a scenario is historic or fictional.
Shadow 1st Hussars
If you are making a historical scenario you obviously need to be historical. If it is semi-historical it still needs a bit of history in, but it's got some made up stuff. Fictional scenarios can be based on a historical event, or as you said "wacky and silly"
