Gregory Deych
One of the things BTS might want to roll into rarity costs is wether the unit being purchases fits in the with the TO&E of the base unit. Consider - if the player selects the Infantry force, that means that the base is an infantry unit - probably a battalion but perhaps a regiment. The regiment has some organic support units which it can allocate to the force. Likewise, the division may allocate some forces but it's not quite so close - it should be more expensive. Some items would have to be allocated by the Corps/Army (like armor in the previous example) and those should be more expensive still. All the force selections are pretty self explanatory (you select Armor - your base selection is from a Armor unit TO&E), wxcept for Combined Arms, which is a mishmash, and for which nothing is considered organic.
