Maximus
Did you realize that a gamey Jeep rush actually turned the tide of the Battle of El Alemein which in turn turned the tide of the War in the Desert? One night during the Battle of El Alemein, a group of about a dozen Jeep MGs went on a raid behind enemy lines and attacked a German AFV supply convoy and totally destroyed it. They rode in a flying wedge formation with guns a blazin' and wiped out the entire convoy thus turning the tide of the battle. So now all you crying bastiches that complain about such, don't come a crying no more. Comments?
Lah
I have a copy of 'Firefly' tabletop wargames rules. In their army lists for US forces are numerous platoons of 6 x Jeep MG's availabe for recon.
dalem
A jeep rush against a supply column in the dark makes perfect sense. Hell, a troop of boy scouts with bottle rockets and banjos could probably make a good fight against a supply column in the dark. But against a prepared combat formation in daylight? Pretty cheesey unless it's a Last Stand kind of scenario. But if it works you're a hero - nothing wrong with that.
