mbtaber
Being a newbie and also a woefully ignorant pc user i am at a loss on what to do once I have downloaded a patch or a scenrio. How do I transfer the patch or scenario to CM? ------------------ Capt. Klink
Guest wwb_99
The most recent patch files are self executing zips; simply run the patch, and make sure it points to the right folder and you are off. Unzip scenarios into your CMBO\Scenarios folder. Unzip Graphics mods into your CMBO\BMP folder Save PBEM games in your CMBO\PBEM folder. Pascal DI FOLCO
Patch : put into CMBO main dir, executes... Scenario : unzip (with winzip, you'd better have it, it's at http://www.winzip.com and it's free) into the Scenarios dir of the games (stg like c:\blahblah\CMBO\Scenarios) Launch game, play, enjoy, life is sweet

Guest wwb_99
Not necessarily, if you do not use the default directory. Personally, my c-drive is used for OS and utilities only, everything else is installed on upper partitions. WWB ------------------ Before battle, my digital soldiers turn to me and say, Ave, Caesar! WWB Same for me, CM ended up on D:Wargames\Combat Mission ... much better than c:\Program Files\CMBO, don't you agree ?
