niles Posted March 22, 2001 Share Posted March 22, 2001 I have tried to uninstall CM with the add remove program but the A/R doesnt work it just fixes it up, please tell me how to uninstall the game, I got a screwy Mod and forgot to back up my files I want to uninstall help ASAP :eek ! Guest wwb_99 Posted March 22, 2001 Share Posted March 22, 2001 CM makes no registry entries, .ini file changes, etc., so there is no need to uninstall it like most other Win9x programs. Right now I am playing CM on a computer where it was never, ever installed. I just copied my old one from my old hard drive to a different drive letter (!) and it has worked just fine. So all you need to do is delete the CMBO folder and it is all gone.
