Bullethead
Are split squads supposed to recombine into 1 squad if the 2 pieces start a turn near each other? Today I used split squads for the 1st time and they recombined like this. ------------------ -Bullethead jtweller@delphi.com WW2 AFV Photos: people.delphi.com/jtweller/tanks/tanks.htm
James Bailey
Bullethead, This has always been a great mystery to me... I have never been able to recombine a split squad (and not for lack of trying). How did you do it? James.
Guest Madmatt
Put them next to each other and DONT give them any orders. They will recombine automatically at the beginning of the following turn. This is best done when units are under good order and not under any fire. Be sure that the two split teams are from the SAME squad to Madmatt ------------------ If it's in Combat Mission, it's on Combat Mission HQ! In the orders phase of the next turn, I was surprised to see them recombined. ------------------ -Bullethead jtweller@delphi.com WW2 AFV Photos: people.delphi.com/jtweller/tanks/tanks.htm

Just give each team an order to run to the same position (roughly) and they will be a squad. Haven't tried it with teams or squads that had losses or were under fire though. ------------------ Andreas It is amazing what you can learn from a good book...
