Scenario-building books?

Recommended Posts

I've been digging through all my grad school history books, looking for a decent book on WW2 battles with maps, etc. that I could use to create scenarios once CM reaches my sweaty little palms. I've got a couple of decent tactical books, but no good, detailed maps were included (that's what they give you in grad school for the most part... books with no pictures... books you're required to READ... rolleyes.gif )

Does anyone (Fionn, et al) have any suggestions for good books I could get battle scenarios from? Hopefully this hasn't been asked in the past, but I've only been a part of the CM universe since post 12,000 or so. smile.gif

PS--good websites would be just as helpful...

Maps are a big pain in the butt I must admit. smile.gif

Ive found a few web sites in the past with somewhat detail maps in them, so Id say the net is a good place to start looking. Here is a site that is worth check out though, its a little gold mine for maps from normandy, some at CM's scale and very detailed (with boccage and individual buildings marked).
