Jackal
I hate to bother the forum with such a stupid post, but I have tried everything that I can think of to do this to no avail. I have a PII 400, 224MB Ram, Monster Fusion 16MB 3d Video Card, and the rest. How do I create a screenshot???? Thanks
Disaster@work
Press the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard. This will save the entire screen in a buffer. Then paste this into a paint program. [This message has been edited by Disaster@work (edited 12-08-2000).]
Chupacabra
Hit print screen, alt-tab out, run mspaint (or whatever), Ctrl+V to paste. Some folks also use a shareware program called Hypersnap, but that method works for me. ------------------ Grand Poobah of the fresh fire of Heh. Guest Rex_Bellator
All I do is press the Print Screen button (Prt Sc on my keyboard) and press 'Esc' to drop to the desktop. Then I open up Photoshop or Photoimpact and select 'Paste' - as new image. Hope this helps! ------------------ "We're not here to take it - We're here to give it" General Morshead's response to the popular newspaper headline "Tobruk Can Take It"
Jackal
Ok. . thanks fellows. I was pressing the hell out the printscreen button and then look all over the computer for the saved bmp or whatever. Rainbow Six I think would save the file which is why I just kept looking. Thanks. Maximus
No, in CM's case, Print Screen saves the screen image in Windows' Clipboard. You must then paste it to a paint program. I use PhotoImpact 4.2 as Rex mentioned.
