I have yet to download the demo of CM but intend to do so shortly. Unfortunately, my life as a game designer leaves little time for actually playing games except for testing the ones SSG intends to release shortly. BTW, I immensely enjoyed Ardennes Offensive when I played it a couple of years ago. I need to get over and download the free update. Also, regarding the insinuations that your AI cheats, I hope you were not offended. I believe it is probably more a matter of semantics, rather than specific qualms about the AI. I, for one, thought the AI in AO was great, and even if it did things some might consider a little unfair, I certainly didn't have a problem with it. I was impressed. This person not only attacks board members, but his unproductive postings are the most annoying thing I saw in the last time on any forum. I'm a fan of free speech and I listen to anyone who has a point, but Mr. Lewis (username) is obviously here for the sheer fun of harassing people. Now he attacks Mr. Keating (no, I do not think that this is funny, Mr. Lewis!). So Steve, please consider to ban this guy, even if it's not an easy decision. Lee Posted May 18, 2000 Share Posted May 18, 2000 All this nonsense aside , I would like to know, Roger, what you consider fair or unfair as it relates to letting the AI know facts about the human player's forces or moves that the human couldn't know about the AI's forces in the same way. SSG games are known for having pretty good AI, so this should be interesting. I'm also looking forward to Reach for the Stars, any hints on a release date?
