Will there be an end of turn report in the final game?

I don't know if this topic have been discussed before and if it have I'm sorry.

Will there be and end of turn report (ie. before you press the "Done" button?

The report should said how many losses the unit had this turn and mayby a "hyperlink" to the unit. The camera the postitions to the unit that had casualties.

And will or are there a button to "go to next unit"/"Go to next unit without orders"?

No, there will not be end of turn reports in the final game as of this writing.

There is a go to next unit button. I don't think there's one to go to next unit without orders.
