Spook Posted June 15, 2000 Share Posted June 15, 2000 Being fimiliar with similar incidents on the air base I work at, I can see the "misplacement" scenario as a possibility. The "stolen" is just as possible though. Where it's less excusable is the three-week delay to finally contact someone outside Los Alamos & DOE to say, "Oh, by the way......"
