As soon as I send the commercial 3.0 version of TacOps off for duplication, I will immediately recompile a version of it with the Canadian Army splash screen and send it on CD to the Canadian Army contracting authority as TacOpsCF v3.0. I will voluntarily extend the Canadian Army TacOpsCF license to include TacOpsCF v3.0. Hopefully that will mean that I won't need to or be asked to patch or update the old 16 bit TacOpsCF v2.3.
