coe
Dunno if this has been discussed before. But I noticed that the German tanks in the beta demo have different amounts of add on armour against hollow charges. Is this taken into account, howabout for the other nationalities (americans putting sand bags on their tanks, etc.)
Guest rune
Use the search function, grasshopper. To help you out this time, the answerss are, yes, but not a model shown, as it take many hours to come up with a new vehicle. The Sherman 76 for example has a + designating add on armor. The effects of sandbags has been hotly debated, and can be found by a search. Rune As some one else put down...usual disclaimers. Mileage may vary, Beta tester, if I say anything else Steve blah blah blah <BLOCKQUOTE>quote:</font><HR>Originally posted by coe: Dunno if this has been discussed before. Guest PeterNZ
the + version is noticeably tougher in my mind too. Open up Reisberg as the americans and select the Sherm+ and hit enter, then do the same for a nomral one and compare armor values and stuff. The sherm+ is really the only sherm i've seen that you can hope will deflect an 88 shell, (esp if it's on a slope, thus increasing it's armor value).. I mean, it's no gurantee it will live, but i know i'd want it leading the charge against an 88. PeterNZ
