marcusm
Unfortunatelly I wont have the game for another 2 weeks. Since it didn't arrive this week I wont be able to grab it due to my choice of delivery location . I have an idea instead . Ok this is probably old but it would be nice if the game handed out medals/badges after a succesful scenario. Maybe it's gamey or something but it would feel nice if your hardest fighters got some appreciation afterwards. This was one of my favourite features of Close Combat. If possible please consider this BTS. Marcus
Smaragdadler
yhea! i also thought about it. but i am not shure if it will happen... personaly, i also would like to see a kind of high score table for each scenario - i think it would give some motivation to 'do this battle against the ai for the 15th time'... but i fear the most hardcore wargamer would'nt like to see such things... marcusm
Why wouldn't the hardcore wargamer like this? (I thought i was with 18 years of exp) It's very realistic that a squad that blasts a tank or two gets some commendation. The other aspect is that you get more visual feedback on your results. NCrawler
I would like to see something similar to the way the games Gettysburg and Antietam handle it. Zoom in on the 'Hardest fighting' platoon, 'Most effective' platoon, 'Most effective' company, etc...
marcusm
NCCrawler. Yes an excellent suggestion. This or medals would be great (or why not both?) Marcus
