Is there anway to gain control of routed and panic troops troops

After playing the game for few days my front line troops under fire are always running away or panicing. Is there no way to gain control or do you have to wait it out???

Ya gotta wait it out.

Them routed/paniced hamstergerbil truppen have to clean their drawers first.

Then they ain't worth much as they'll poop their britches at the first sound of gunfire.

Until thier morale recovers, they are out of control... If units are within the command radius of a HQ unit, especially a HQ unit with a the heart (morale) bonus icon, then they may rally faster. Otherwise, it's a waiting game.

Keep their HQ unit with them, or move up the CO till he has lines of control to them.

This is the BEST you can do because they are really Panicked, Routed, or Broken, and like real troops in those states, less amenable to suggestion.

Troops who are Out Of Control are, well, out of control. They want to get the hell out of there. They may never come back (in the 60 minutes or so that comprises a CM battle).
