Longchamps Posted December 26, 2004 Share Posted December 26, 2004 My CMBO CD has been cracked after being dropped in a bag...I have contacted customer service regarding a replacement disk even offering to mail in the cracked one as proof...they do not respond. I seem to recall that exchanging old for new cd's is standard procedure (it better be, mine is going to wear out some day).
