I have been dealing with someone on your help desk but I don't think they are following what is going on, I keep getting told to go to the FAQ tech page, none of that covers my situation which I think is pretty simple but maybe not. I have two games, SC Global Conflict and WWI. I totally lost the GC game and now need a redownload- I have no issue with paying a fee for this. I was able to recover the WWI and now just need the activation code. Apparently I need to sign in on your store page, I thought my sign in info was the same as for the forum but it apparently isn't. I can't seem to get signed in to go to my account to ask for the re-download or the activation code. So it should be simple, no? Any suggestions? Update- I was able to get into my account on the store page.
